Live Wallpaper getting removed or not Working?

In case you are having trouble on your device that the live wallpaper automatically gets removed from home or lock screen or is not working at all, please follow the below steps

Step 1: Go to recent apps Menu by clicking on the Menu button from your phone's navigation buttons.

Step 2: Long press / Tap and hold on the app or the app icon as shown below

Step 3: Click on ‘Lock the App’ or Lock icon as it may appear on your device and it’s done.

Actually, ‘Locking the App’ tells the Android OS not to kill the background processes of the app and keep it in the memory as long as the Android System is running.

Other Steps you can follow if the issue persists on your device

Step 1: Whitelist the app from Battery Saver Most of the custom Android systems and device manufacturers ‘Force Stop’ the app to save battery power even if the app needs to be running in background to keep essential features working.

Please follow the below steps to whitelist your app from battery saver and make Live wallpapers work smoothly on your device.

• Open Device Settings

• Go to Battery section and click on battery settings

• Open 'App Power Management'

• Open Sleeping Apps and exclude our app from the list

Step 2: Disable Battery Optimization in App info

Our app does not need to be enabled for battery optimization for any features to work. To remove the app from battery optimization list, follow the below steps

• Open 'App Info' in settings

• Click on 'Battery' or 'Battery Saver' button

• Click on 'no restriction' or 'Optimize battery usage' button depending upon your device

• Disable the battery optimization and enable the app for 'Allow Background Activity'
